Title: Guest Network Access
Post by: kappclark on December 07, 2019, 01:13:30 pm
New Alexa (Echo Dot)

Works fine on home network - all setup. Answers questions ==all good.

Would like Alexa to be on different guest network, with only internet access.

The Linksys router has a guest network setup, and it works for phone - requires web page login...can I do the same somehow with Echo ?

Thank you for making this clear.

How can I get the Echo (and the Firestick) to connect to a different wireless subnet ? Should I replace the router with one that does not require web page login, just a different password ?
