Title: International FM Radio
Post by: RedT on November 25, 2019, 09:45:47 am
I recently purchased an Echo Show 5 in order for my wife to listen to Bangkok, Thailand FM Radio station JS100 (FM 100)
but, though Alexa can bring in several Thai radio stations, she cannot find JS 100. Wife listens to the station on her iPhone using an app, but that taxes the phone battery. I have asked Alexa to use Radio.com, Simple Radio, TuneIn, and MyTumer Radio but she cannot find the station.

So, I returned the device, since I do not need it, and wife became frustrated attempting to convince Alexa to find the station. Would you suggest purchase of Show 8, or Show 10 to resolve the issue?

Is there a way to resolve this? I asked the bots on Amazon Help, but no help.

did you go to tunein and iheartradio websites to see if the station is available.  if so, it can play on any echo.  just got to find the proper command name.
