Title: setting up multi room music

I went into settings and created the group everywhere.  The 2 devices are listed.  My husbands however says registered to another user and it won't let me  make it part of the group.  How do I make it available?  We looked online but the instructions didn't match what we see in our Amazon accounts.  Help!
