Hi,
I recently bought an Echo and would like to try music unlimited, but when I say "Alexa: try Amazon Music Unlimited" or "Alexa: sign up to Amazon Music Unlimited" she responds "Sorry, I'm having trouble". She understands everything else I say.
Does anyone know what might be the problem? It there any way to sign up for the Echo Amazon Music Unlimited deal without using my voice?

I presume you have tried the obvious?
Open the Alexa app on your phone or tablet, select HOME, then MUSIC & BOOKS.
From there you should be able to select which service your devices can connect to, including the following:
Amazon My Music
Amazon Music
Spotify
Tunein
Audible
Kindle

I had the same problem. It turned out my Amazon account was set to use the US music service, and needed to be switched to UK. This fixed it instantly.
I sorted it by contacting Amazon's online support, who called me back immediately. The person I spoke to was very helpful!
