Title: How many echos and what type?

Newbie question.

I want to get an echo for my 2 children and one for the lounge, kitchen and our bedroom.

What do I need to buy?
I have an Amazon Fire TV already running with Amazon Prime account.

depends if you want to use them to play music or not.  for music and not going to connect to bluetooth get the smart speaker (not the plus)  if going to use blue tooth or not going to use it for music, just get the dot.
