you could always do this with IFTTT.

The problem with IFTT is that if your ringer is turned off you are out of luck.  However, I have had some problems with this working right.  My wife misplaces her phone all the time in our house.  So naturally, instead of logging into icloud and ringing her phone, it would be great to say "Echo tell Trackr to ring my phone".  It only supports one phone right now.  But what I have found is that if for some reason you have closed the app, it only shows a notification without sound.  But when it works it is a killer killer feature!  I have a support request into trackr.
