Title: Echo goes mute

I saw older posts on this. Wondering if there was resolution. Echo continues to function but goes mute. Recycling power brings it back.

Is this a dot? There's another one that has a problem like yours. Must be a dot issue if still under warranty just return it.

If you want to know if there was a resolution, call tech support and/or ask the OP in the older postings where you saw the issue.
