Title: Echo dot II nothing but blue cycle

I have an issue with my dot.  It was just the blue circle, no response to any buttons.  Unplugged and plugged it back in.  Turn solid blue for A couple of seconds, then back to the blue rotating ring.  Still no response to any buttons.  No action button or master reset from mic  and volume down.  Any suggestions?

Keep the DOT unplugged for 15 minutes and/or overnight.If still having problems, CALL tech support.
