Title: Echo Dot V2 connected to the internet but offline

Hi all,

I have an Echo Dot V2 that worked perfectly before, it is still connected to wifi but shows as offline in the app and doesn't find any smart home devices anymore. It still responds to questions like the weather and tell me a joke but can't play anything on spotify or control lights and my home theater system. I have tried everything to get this resolved from resetting my wifi network, resetting the echo dot, doing both at the same time, creating a new account, etc. but it keeps on showing as offline.

If anyone can help that would be much appreciated.
