Title: Alexa app on phone shows wrong city on home screen... Strange

When I launch my Alexa app it will show on the home screen on my phone the weather for Richmond Virginia. I find this strange since I did put in the correct addresses for all of my devices. And if I ask Alexa for whether it will tell me the correct weather for my City. It is just on the home screen of the Alexa app that it shows Richmond Virginia which I find quite odd but can live with? Any ideas, thank you very much

I went through that issue for ages and called customer service who was skeptical at first. The he tried pulling out his phone and it was doing the same thing on his Alexa App i.e. showing some city in the States.  He found out a system wide glitch was happening.  It eventually was fixed.  Can't remember how long it took them to straighten it out, but it was quite a while.
