Title: can't change reminders when device has been reset

I have changed internet service providers, so had to resent my echo devices to pair them with the new router.  Now, in the Alexa app, none of the reminders are shown, but my device still knows about them.  I have reminders that I need to delete.   This is really poor software design.   If the device still knows about reminders, why can't I access them?

Please advise.

Have you tried accessing your reminders from the  website instead of the app?
Usualy if I  can't  do something from the app the website will allow it or Visa versa.  ;)

Not sure that you needed to reset your devices after changing ISP. Identify name of new network and add new password would have done it.
