Title: 2 Alexas on account.... only 1 working?

Hi we have an echo dot upstairs and echo in the lounge both on the same account- the one in the lounge will only play samples of songs whilst the one in the bedroom works perfectly well, both are on the same subscription.
I have reset and done all I can.... any advice would be very much appreciated 👍

Hi yes on the same one.

Do you know how to link amazon music purchased to Alexa at home?

you really did not not answer the question.  some amazon plans only allow one device.
