Title: harmony app connection error

please could someone help with a issue i keep getting when trying to add activities on my harmony app running on android . it tries to connect but keeps coming back with the error message E1400 and hence fails to connect. any help or advice would be welcome.

Did you try the Logitech community help forum?  A quick search there on "E1400" turned up a few hits on the subject:
