Title: Lost ability to "drop in"

Not sure how it happened, but I no longer have the option to "drop in" on my contacts.  I have verified that they have it enabled.  Anyone have this problem or any suggestions?  All my communication "skills" have gone haywire recently and none are working right even after spending 45 minutes on phone with Amazon.

Have you accidentally turned on do not disturb with some devices?
