My echo wont play prime music I am a prime member at 7.99 a month but when I try to play music it tells me to register I already have my account says I have prime music also it wont play from my own play list keeps saying cant find any music in your libarary what do I do

Since you are paying for a service provided by Amazon, your best bet would be to CALL their Echo/DOT customer service - 1-877-375-9365. Message board should be your last resort when you are paying for a service.

I had kind of this same problem, I signed out of my alexa account and then back in and everything worked fine. Not sure what was wrong, but it worked.
