I'm having trouble getting my newly purchased Echo Dot 5 to connect to my Bluetooth receiver (FiiO BTA30 Pro).

I currently have the receiver plugged into an amp to play music from my phone. I am trying to connect the Dot to the receiver so that when the Dot plays music, it will play through the amp. Currently I can only get the Dot to connect to the receiver when I put it into its transmitting mode which doesn't help me as I need it to receive Bluetooth from the Dot..

Has anyone encountered anything similar to this or has an idea of how to resolve it? I am not sure whether the issue is with the Dot of the receiver.

Hello...we have numerous Alexa devices around our home but I just received and setup our first Echo. The Echo 8 Gen 3. My question is, how do I get to the homepage of Amazon music? I don't want it to bring up the last played or suggestions. Just back to the starting page. Is there an apps page or something I'm missing or is just not possible? Tyia.

I bought an Echo Show 8 from eBay about three months ago, and it was working wonderfully the first couple of weeks, but the internet stopped working one day. I factory reset it, and now I can't even connect to the internet. It says, "MAC address is unavailable," when I click on the add network button, it does nothing. I called Amazon several times, and they said to do basic things like unplugging the router and plug it back, which didn't work. I tried to do some searching to fix the issue, but no one else had this issue, or I was looking in the wrong places. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Alexa has other names that you can use to get its attention. You can change the wake word in the app.

"Alexa" is the default wake word. Other wake words are: Echo, Computer, Ziggy, Amazon.

I didn't know it was possible, and it is a great feature indeed.
Sadly enough, it is not available for my Polk React soundbar (at least from the Alexa app, I will try with the voice command later today)
