Hi a couple of days ago my echo stayed on a continuous circling blue light. It wouldn't respond when I spoke to it. I've unplugged and reconnected the power (which is the original power supply). I've uninstalled it from the app and tried factory reset by pressing the mute button volume down button and still nothing, it continues to circle the blue light. Any suggestions please.
