Title: sharing devices from one account to another

Hi, My wife and I have accounts for our Alexa and we have household activated. The smart plugs show up on my devices list on my app, but they don't show up on my wife's iPhone app. She's tried to add devices but it doesn't find any.
any advice appreciated,
