Title: Alexa in an endless loop of account set up

I recently installed IOS 16.1 on my iPhone 13 mini.  I have since tried to use my Alexa App to make and receive calls from favourite contacts.  Incoming calls fail to connect.  Attempting to make outgoing calls sets me into a loop of being asked to confirm my name, agree to terms and conditions and choosing favourites.  Is there a setting option I am missing

Have you tried the trusty old IT Help desk fix? Turn off the phone, and restart it after a minute or two...???
