Title: Echo show 1st gen issues

Hello everyone,

I am hoping for some advice, I have had an echo show 1st gen for a while now and it's been fine until recently (I believe it's a software update causing issues as the on screen appearance changed when issues started)

The problems:
Sound is tinny
The audio skips and lags
The response when saying "alexa" is delayed.

Like I said before I think it's a software update that's caused these issues, but my question is - can this be fixed?

try unplugging it for at least 40 seconds
