Title: who here is good at building skills?

I have an idea for one but don't have the time or knowledge to build it myself. We have a good one enabled called "bin reminder" that keeps track of what week we need to put the recycle bin out. I want to create a similar skill, but to track who did a certain chore last and whose turn it is to do it next. My kids are always arguing over whose turn is it to do the dishes, take the trash out etc. I want to be able to tell alexa their names and say "person A did the dishes today" so the next day when person B argues it's not their turn Alexa will be able to prove it is. Does this make sense?
