Title: Alexa not receiving calls.

I am able to make calls using Alexa no problem however when someone who also has Alexa calls me the calls never go through Alexa but rather straight to my phone.  I'm pretty sure when I initially set it up incoming calls were coming in through Alexa, however that is no longer the case.  Can someone help?  Thanks
