Alexa was working fine - asked her to stop so I could take her to another room - when powered up failed to respond and not able to reset. Have now got permanent blue light showing- unable to get orange light on

WOW thanks to this site I managed to fix my problem- somewhere on the site I noticed someone had mentioned to double check the power lead being used - I changed the lead and hey presto Alexa is alive and doing well after a reboot- so many thanks to whoever suggested it- Alexa play me some happy music!!
