First time Alexa/Ring user. I created a device for a Ring camera and named it Office. Unfortuantely, I did it a second time so now I have two cameras listed as "office". When I try to access the camera via the Echo 5 she says I have 2 devices named "office". Went into the Alexa app to delete one of the "office" entries.
The internet tells me to do the following but when I do there is no "trash" icon to delete the office entry
Open the Alexa app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Tap "Devices" in the bottom-right corner. ...
Tap "All Devices" and then scroll to and tap the device you want to remove. ...
Tap "Settings" on the device's page.
Tap the trashcan icon (or the word "Trash").

[on Apple app] the Trash icon is in the upper right corner of the screen once you choose the device. I'm not an android user, so I can't speak for the android location.

I did exactly what you suggested and there is no trash can

Pretty odd.
more info? what model iPhone? updated? Alexa app updated?
( should be since you just downloaded... but never know).
Have you checked other devices to see if the delete trash can appears?
Seems the only reason it wouldn't be available is if this were not the account it was added with. Only one account right? Having seen you're trying to add a second person on the Alexa account somehow, that could be a factor... Is there Anythhing you can add that would help identify this issue?
