Hi Everyone,
This this the second day I am trying to connect to the Echo Plus via the Alexa App on IPhone. No luck. I have tried unplugging the Echo from socket for 1 minute and the same issue. It won’t connect to the App. The Alexa app just shows the seraching for device and does nothing. I have reset the Echo plus at the bottom with a paper clip and have deleted the Alexa App and reinstalled. Still have failed. I have tried setting the Echo plus manually. It won’t discover the Echo on the phones wireless settings.
Please help...
