Go to: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us
If you are not already logged in, you will get the Login page.
Click on the "Fire and Kindle" button.
The rest is self-explanatory.

Dial 1-877-375-9365 or 1-206-922-0197.
As of this writing, phone support hours are 3AM to 10PM Pacific time (6AM to 1AM Eastern time), seven days a week.

Echo App
In the Amazon Echo app, tap the Menu button.
Scroll down and select General Feedback.
Select a Feedback Category. If you're not sure, select Other.
Explain your issue or comment.

Just recieved my new echo remote - following instructions for setup but under settings/my device there is no selection for "pair remote"?

Are you seeing an option for "Forget Remote" instead?  If so it means that your Echo is already paired to a remote, so you need to select that option, which should break the existing connection and then give you the "Pair Remote" option, which you can then use to pair with your new remote.
