Title: calling and messaging
Post by: bullseye759 on May 22, 2017, 10:45:46 am
Hi
the instructions for signing up for calling and messaging say to click on the conversations icon on the home page. I don't see this icon anywhere on the home page.

Are you looking at the home page of the Alexa app or your phone's home page?  It's in the Alexa app.

It's there. Just make sure you are looking in the right place. See screenshot.
You might also want to check if there's an update to the Alexa app. The last update just came out about a week ago. Older versions of the app won't have the conversations icon.

Are you in the US? This option is only available there currently. As far as I know, Amazon hasn't made any announcements regarding if or when it is likely to roll out to the rest of us.
