Title: Echo connected via Bluetooth to Windows 10 PC
Post by: mattbarker7 on December 24, 2017, 12:24:16 pm
Just got my first Echo two days ago, so I'm still learning. One of the main reasons why I purchased the Echo was to replace the wired speakers to my PC. When I first connected my Echo, I had no problems listening to music through Amazon Music Unlimited. But later when I connected my Echo to my PC via Bluetooth, after a few songs it will stop. Not sure if the system sounds from Windows 10 override what's playing on my Echo which then results in the music no longer playing from my Echo, or there's another issue. It did just stop when I got an email notification, even though I have turned off all system sounds. My WiFi signal isn't the problem, as it's around -35 dBm to -38 dBm.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe we have a one way street here, meaning you can send music on your PC to Echo via BT, but not from Echo to PC.  If someone believes I am wrong, let me know.
