Title: Not connecting or loading or something

I was looking through my history on Alexa the other night and a chunk of the history suddenly disappeared.  Then the next morning, I clicked on settings to get back to history and it just kept looking like it was loading.  It's been 2 or 3 days now and I can't get settings to load in order to see my history.  Help?

Have you tried powering off your device completely, leaving it for 5 minutes, and then re-booting it?
