Title: Setting Up Without a Phone

I've recently installed a new Wifi router. I want to synch my Echo Dot with it. But the only instructions I can find refer to the Smartphone app. But I don't want to use a phone. When I originally installed the Dot, I linked it to the router online, via my laptop (if only I could remember how!) and I want to do this again.
How, please?

Just use the old ssid and password on the new router and nothing will need to change.
