Title: two echo plus's on two seperate accounts can i link them

I have two echo plus's in the house one is set up on my mail address / account and the other on my daughters. how can i link the two so i can drop in on both play music on both.

Yes. You'll need to grant dropin permissions pn each account's contacts.
