Title: SOLVED - Alexa can't understand "Chilltrax" (TuneIn station)
Post by: Seriously_Tho on March 06, 2018, 02:26:20 pm
"Alexa, play chilltrax on tunein radio"

Tried several versions of that, I get, "I can't play by genre."

chilltrax is an internet radio stream & it's on TuneIn, I can get it to play via the alexa app but not by voice control.

Any tricks for this?  She pronounces it "chill tra-kcks" when I ask what station...

Did you try “Play Chilltrax Radio on TuneIn”?

Tried about a hundred versions of the same request, evidently it doesn't understand the spelling of the word since it's atypical.  That's my theory anyway.

I further replicated the issue and I was able to access the station with the command below :

Command : "Alexa, play the station Chilltrax"
Response : Playing Chilltrax from Tune In.

Please try the above command and let us know if it works.
