Title: Adding a Second Account to Alexa
Post by: CailinRua on December 27, 2017, 03:53:41 pm
I am trying to get my husband's Amazon account added to Alexa so he can use his own and we can set up the voice recognition. I know it says to use "Household Profile" and "My Voice" but those options just aren't there in my app. Can anyone help?

I saw your question, then I just happened to read this post http://www.echotalk.org/index.php/topic,3231.0.html (http://www.echotalk.org/index.php/topic,3231.0.html) that indicates that households are not yet available in Canada, and wondered if that was your issue. I see from your profile that you are in Canada.

Thanks for your reply! Yes, that would be the problem then. Darn, hopefully they add it soon!
