Title: Jump 30 seconds forward or 10 back in a podcast

I am using the Echo to listen to podcasts.  It seems that it gets the podcasts from TuneIn Radio.  I've used the Tunein Radio app on my Android phone and I think precise forward and backward buttons are missing. I can imagine TuneIn not providing that because the podcast producers probably don't really want to let people jump forward past commercials.  I like having those buttons on the other podcast apps that I use on my Note4.   I would like that functionality on Echo when I listen to podcasts. 

Is it possible for the Echo to jump forward or back while listening to podcasts?

I tried various alternatives to jump "forward and backward" and got nowhere. Echo should have these commands.
