Title: "There was a Problem" with device

I have the device added to Alexa and she can turn it on and off perfectly fine.  The issue is i can add it to a group, but when i try to then add that group to a routine she cant find it.  If i try to just add that device to a group she cant find it.  When i look under my smart home devices its there and she can operate it.  When you go in to operate the device theres a small "There was a problem" gray banner.  I have the same issue with another device, but it works just fine and works in groups as well.
