Title: Linked a phone number to the wrong email.
Post by: candyman708 on August 23, 2018, 10:52:04 pm
So, i setup my Echo Show. No problems there. But so then I link the Echo itself to my Mom's amazon account and then i proceeded to make my own voice profile on there. Then i go to get the app. No problems there either. It has my correct name there, but signed onto her amazon account so its linked to the Echo. But so then, while trying to setup a voice profile for my Dad, I accidentally signed out previously on the app and unconsciously signed in onto my own Amazon account. After that i proceeded to type my dad's name in and i accidentally linked his phone number. Now i cant find any way to remove that number or profile from my own Echo app or from the website (like I said, not in any way I can find). After that i signed back into my Moms' Amazon on the app and tried to link his name and phone number on there but then i got the notification this number is linked to another account. So I'm just at a loss for what to do.
