Title: Echo wemo with nodemcu
Post by: Hasci on March 31, 2016, 05:45:47 pm
Hello my name is hasci me and I write from Italy , I have a problem . With my echo in Italy I can not use WEMo because here they use 220v and not 110V , so I have to find a solution . I read a fake WEMo with more raspberry and circuit nodemcu . My question is : I can not just use the nodemcu without the raspberry because I want to use echo in local connection ? Without webserver ? Thank you

There is a wemo emulator software that you can run on a raspberry pi. But that still does not change the hardware of your wemo. If they are 110 volt you still can't use them on 220 volt.

Thank vegasguy response , and sorry for the delay but I was very busy .
Anyway I'm studying a lot to be able to connect to the ticket Nodemcu Echo and operate a relay board without the raspberry for a local line alone in the house with no web .
Thanks again soon
