Title: Why does one lamp turn off at the wrong time?
Post by: Toller on December 18, 2021, 01:39:20 pm
I have 3 Govee outlet plugs controlled by my echo dot.  The routines to turn them on and off are identical; on 15 minutes before sunset, off at 11:45.  Two work properly, one turns off about 45 minutes early. (I haven't sat and watched it, so I don't know exactly when it turns off, but it is well before 11:45)
None of them have any Govee commands.

Any idea how to fix this?

One item that I can think of.  Make sure, in the individual switch settings, that the location is the same for all.  Differing location, different sunrise/sunset times.

I've also found that if I just ask Alexa for sunrise or sunset times, I get a different answer if I ask specifically for the town I live in.  Yet all the settings have the same address.   Go figure....

Good luck!
