Title: Tunein radio

Hi,
Have asked Alexa to play radio Caroline but for some reason it keeps saying 'there is a problem with that' even though I can access and play it through my laptop. I have had to add Radio Player as a skill to enable me to listen to this station through radioplayer cannot understand what the problem is!!!!!   Help!!!

Yo often need to us a station's CALL LETTERS, not its nickname.

Mike, not every country uses call letters...

Recently I've found that with some stations (not the BBC) I have to make sure I actually say PLAY or I get the same response you did.

Adding the FM frequency can help with UK stations.
