Title: Echo plus philips hue lights work intermittently

My echo plus and the philips lights have worked seamlessly for almost a year.  Now for the past 3 days they become unresponsive in the evening and I can only operate the lights manually.   Then, the next morning, when I check them, they strangely become responsive again. 

Has anyone else had this problem?   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you check to see if the hue app had an update?  if it is working now then most likely there was some technical glitch in the cloud.

There has been several updates from Philips in the last month or two.
It's essential that your Hue app is always the very latest version as this also relays the latest firmware to the Hue devices around the house.

Here in Europe the latest Android software is 3.4.0 (6280) and firmware for the lamps is 5.105.0.21169.
