Title: A better UK train times skill
Post by: ascorbic on February 24, 2017, 06:06:42 am
Hi,
I hope it's ok to post skills here. I just launched "On My Way", which I made out of frustration with the official National Rail skill. It can give you live trains, delays, and plan journeys in advance. Unlike the National Rail skill you don't need to mess around setting up a commute before getting information. Try "ask On My Way for the next train from Paddington to Swindon" or "ask On My Way for times of trains from Brighton to London Bridge tomorrow at 2pm". It's my first skill, but I put a lot of work into making it usable as that's where so many skills seem to fail. It has been exceedingly tough getting it to reliably recognise every station name! Feedback is very much welcomed, and if you like it then please leave a review. You'll find it at http://onmyway.chat or just ask Alexa to enable On My Way.

Thanks,

Matt
