hello,
Recently Spotify made me change my password
Since then i can not longer use spotify on alexa
I live in the US and I checked my location and it is US, so it is not a region thing
When i go into the the Alexa app, spotify is still one of the defaults in music and it is greyed out and can not select or unselect.
Spotify is no longer listed in the Music--> Manage Services section.
I click on the Plus (link new Service) and i see Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal, Vevo , Sirus , gimme and spotify
If i click on any of these BUT spotify they go to the enable page
if i click on spotify, it displays like the button is depress but does absolutely nothing
Would love any help or suggestions.

sure it was spotify that made you change your password? anyway, are you able to access spotify on your computer? or using the spotify app?

yeah, i am able to log in to my spotify on my computer and mobile devices

Could you log into the Spotify website, go into account settings and delete your Alexa device there? Then set it up again on Alexa?

great idea, just tried it. I remove the alexa app from the apps section
