Hi, I purchased an echo from America a couple of years ago before they were released in the UK. Most things now work in the UK, but I am unable to make calls in the UK, echo thinks I am registered in the USA. How do I change these settings, everything else states that I am in the UK. Can anybody help me? Thanks

Hi Matt
You have two options. One is to check in the Alexa app settings for your Echo that the time zone is set to Europe and language is UK. If that does not work, contact Amazon support they will make the change on their servers. I had a similar problem when I first got my Echo. Good luck.

If you registered your US Echo a couple of years ago, you probably had to use a US Amazon.com account. To migrate your Echo to the UK, you need to have an Amazon.co.uk account.
To do this, you can deregister your Echo and then register it as new under a UK account.
The other option is ask Amazon tech support for assistance.
