Title: Bluetooth Stopping
Post by: cfuglein on August 18, 2017, 04:53:33 pm
I use Alexa for playing music.  When I'm in my office, I never have any problem with it, it plays fine.

However, when I use my second Echo in the other room that has a 5.2 Vizio bluetooth soundbar, the Echo will pair up easily, but sometimes after only 1 or 2 songs, it will just stop, then restart, anywhere from 2-3 seconds, all the way up to a minute or two.  Anything I can do to stop this?

Thanks,
Carl

I'd say a weak signal; either the BT signal between Echo and soundbar or weak network/internet between Echo and router.  In either case, the guilty devices need to be closer to one another.  Also, use the 2.4G wireless signal for longer range between router and Echo devices.
