When using Amazon Echo, I have one phone number set up right now for find my phone skill. So when I lose my phone I can ask amazon where my phone is. Is there a way to add a second phone number to find my phone on amazon echo? If so, how? Thank you.

Sorry, I forgot to add that I’m using amazon echo. Just trying to add a second phone number. Got two phones in the household that I would like to easily find using amazon echo’s find my phone skill.

The phone skill is made by a 3rd party developer. If the skill that you are using is limited to locating only one phone, there's nothing you can do except ask the developer if they can add additional phones to their skill. Or you can try using a different phone skill.
A search on Amazon's Alexa Skills page returned several results:
https://www.amazon.com/s?k=find+phone&i=alexa-skills
This one looks promising. It supports multiple phones:
https://www.amazon.com/data-dive-com-Phone-Finder/dp/B077KHD3T9
According to its description you can say:
"Alexa, open Phone Finder and search for my phone"
"Alexa, start Phone Finder and add a new device"
"Alexa, open Phone Finder and find device two"
