Title: Skill is enabled but Alexa says it is not enabled

I use the Sirius XM skill every day to listen to music.  I was listening to it today.  I stopped it while I was on the phone and now Alexa tells me the Sirius XM skill is not enabled.  I logged into the app and it is enabled.  I rebooted Alexa Dot and still did not work.  I disabled the skill and then re-enabled it, no luck, the Alexa Dot thinks the skill is disabled.  What is going on here?  I have rebooted Alexa dot several times as well with no luck.
