Title: SOLVED - Echo Dot - Alexa cutting us off mid sentence when saying messages

It's been happening a few months? And not just me, wife gets it too. Mid sentance, even mid word - we get cut off and she asks if we want to send the message?

It's NOT as we're stopping/pausing too long (as happens mid word!)

Appears to be about 10 seconds of message before we're cut off?!
Any ideas to fix?

Never used to be like this.

Edit: Found the old Alexa Echo Dot upstairs works fine (eg 30s+ message) so just the new Alexa Echo dot having issues!?

Ended up doing a factory reset (mute and vol down buttons for 20 seconds) and seems to have worked to send longer messages again.

- incase anyone ever searches for this! :)
