Guessing 3 of your devices appear offline to Alexa.

I had the same issue with my wink lights before wink updated to useing local hub control. Restarted the WiFi and it seems to be working. Not shure why

Alexa appears to have problems discovering devices.
If I simply ask Alexa to discover devices she does so and tells me she found 12 devices.
BUT...
If I go into the app and run discovery from the menu the app reports finding 15 devices which is correct although Alexa by voice still says only 12.
Hmmmm....
but will all of them work on command?

if they are all working, then there is nothing to be concerned about.

maybe the echo has never learned how to count, after all, Alexa is just over a year old :-P
