Driving me mad.
Dot has been able to see/read my iCloud calendar for months. (2nd gen)
No it tells me 'You have no items on your calendar for today' 'tomorrow' etc....
My iCloud is working fine between all apple devices.
In the Alexa app all is set correctly. I went to Alexa to sign out and sign back in under the iCloud calander and it does not give me the option to do so.
Any ideas please?

In Settings, Calendar, you don’t see an option to “Unlink this Apple Account”?
-
Thank you. I did find the 'unlink' button.
I then unlinked and re-established a new 2 step verification with Apple ID. Then went back to alexa app and entered it to re-establish link. It took my new 2-step password, showed my calendar choices set up, gave it a moment to link to iCloud and then.... nothing. "No items on your calendar' when I know there are.
Thank you for your assistance.
P.S. The Alexa app doesn't make it easy as whilst entering email and p/w it goes blank and doesn't allow you to see what you're entering but that's another story.

So I did spend the last 2 1/2 hours with both Amazon Echo & Apple support. Amazon and I walked though everything including once again logging in then logging out. 2FA etc... basically everything. They told me to call Apple.
I did. Apple spent over an 1 1/2 hour on the phone with me and we checked everything. And, with Apple monitoring my screen as we looked, verified everything was perfect especially since all my other devices were syncing perfectly with iCloud.
Apple suggested I call Amazon support back while they remained on the line. I let Amazon know I had called, the problem, the (non)result and that apple was on the line.
Response:
Amazon: Apple is on the line sir?
Me: Yes
Amazon: Click
Bottom line is that this really appears to be an Amazon echo problem and they seem to like to, or care to trouble shoot too much with real technical folk.
Still not working.

So Amazon support hung up on you as soon as you told them Apple is on the line too???

Yep. They asked "Apple is on the call" When I said yes... Click.

What did the Apple guy say to you after Amazon abruptly hung up?

"Wow"

Another Apple related problem. It is intriguing how they hang up when they know Apple person is also on the phone. I usually do my support via chat.
Have you tried using other calendar apps. Coz that would really prove that echo and Apple don't play together well.
No sense making them work together when there are other calendar apps.

I just sync my Google calendar with my Apple calender. Echo sees my Google stuff easily without going through all the two step BS.
