Title: Drop In Issues

My wife is at our summer home and Alexa has joined her there. We use Drop In to catch up every day, but there is an annoying echo on everything I say, as well as squealing and feedback no matter how low the volume is. She hears it on her side as well. Do others have this problem, and is there a fix? Thanks!
